BOOKING POLICY: We may require a credit card in order to hold your appointment. You can create a client account on our scheduler or call to schedule and give your information.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be fair to all our clients, the following policies may apply: 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling your service, this allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us at least 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee, which must be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments.
We accept SPA WEEK/ SPA FINDER Gift Cards
NO-SHOWS Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged 100% of the service amount for their “missed” appointment; repeat offenders will be put on a "required to pre pay" basis for all future appointments. If it is part of a prepaid package it will be deducted from the remaining services. If it is a pre paid daily deal, or coupon, it will be considered as redeemed and voided.
LATE ARRIVALS If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
